General Production Worker

We are seeking reliable, mechanically inclined assemblers to join our production team. This role is ideal for candidates with professional hand and power tool assembly experience, as well as machine operators with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial vehicle upfit products such as shelving, ladder racks, cabinets, and related components.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Perform sub-assemblies and final assemblies in a production or assembly-line environment.
• Read and follow basic schematics, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate basic production or assembly equipment as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Essential Skills

• Previous professional assembly experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working with tools throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent 1st shift schedule.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Machine operators who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn assembly processes.

Work Environment

This is a stable, full-time manufacturing environment with a day shift schedule from Monday through Friday. Work involves standing, bending, and lifting, and requires the use of hand and power tools throughout the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Social Circle, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
