Position: Assembler Location: Hamilton, OH 45015 Duration: 3 Months with higher extension possible Shift : 1st M-Th 6am-4pm OT Fridays 2nd M-Th 4pm-2am OT Fridays 4th (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6AM-6PM) Job Overview: An assembler is responsible for building and assembling connector components with precision and efficiency, following detailed specifications and quality standards. This role involves using hand tools, inspecting parts for accuracy, and ensuring products meet customers and company requirements. A Day in the Life: Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and work instructions Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards Complete required documentation, including production and quality check forms Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals What will help you thrive in this role?
