General Production Worker

We are seeking a dependable General Production Worker to assist with day-to-day production activities. This role supports manufacturing operations through general labor, equipment assistance, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform general production and labor tasks
• Basic assembly
• Assist with basic equipment and material handling
• Follow safety procedures
• Complete other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior production or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work environment:

The work hours are from 5 AM to 3 PM, with occasional Friday overtime work required for up to 8 hours. The work environment is physically demanding, with a focus on standing, kneeling, and crawling during job functions.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Holmen, WI.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
