In this role you will be cultivating a junior talent network & developing partnership with internal & external stakeholders.As an Early Careers Recruiter on the Operations Early Careers Recruiting team you will be responsibleforbuilding a strong pipeline of talent for the Operations Analyst Program (OAP) in North America. Serving as the subject matter expert in the field of junior talent recruitment this role will bring a coordinated approach to the way we attract select and develop talent.The Operations Analyst Program Program (OAP) provides a pipeline of well-rounded employees with core business skills for a variety of roles within JPMorgan Chase aligned to operational areas across the firm.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the recruiting process end-to-end and formulate an effective recruiting strategy through partnerships with business stakeholders and the broader Early Careers teamBuild and own key relationships with business leaders program management and other stakeholders to provide visibility on recruiting activity and collaborate on engagement plansPartner internally with other areas of the organization including Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand to create a consistent and engaging candidate experience that promotes Chase as an employer of choiceOwn and execute any program specific initiatives location based or diversity activity as requiredBuild and maintain relationships with universities and external stakeholders and lead the design and delivery of an effective events plan for any in-person and/or virtual activityPartner closely with the Early Careers Operations and Events team to facilitate a seamless candidate and business experience in line with all appropriate recruiting risk and controlsActively manage all candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner including candidate progression candidate review Superday management offer communications etc.Plan and deliver the summer internship program end-to-end; including support and mentorship for interns performance development and conversion to the full-time analyst programUtilize data and reporting to identify improvements to existing processes provide key metrics to stakeholderswith a focus on return and outcomes and actively manage and track budgetsRequired Qualifications Capabilities and Skills3 years of recruiting experienceAbility to work in a team in addition to working independentlyStrong organizational planning time-management skills and the ability to multi-taskStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skillsProject management experience: demonstrated capability to lead and manage projectsStrong relationship management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholdersEffective influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationshipsProven attention to detail with excellent communication skills: verbally and writtenFlexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environmentExceptional Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word PowerPoint Excel)Travel required during peak seasonPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsRecruiting experience in high volumeWork experience within global Financial ServicesExperience with candidate sourcing platforms e.g. Handshake LinkedIn etc. Key Skills Sales Experience,Sourcing,Talent Acquisition,Taleo,ATS,HR Sourcing,Interviewing,Microsoft Outlook,Earned Value Management,Human Resources,negotiation,Recruiting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 88350 - 130000
