Assembler/Test Technician at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing medical device manufacturer who is hiring an Assembler/Test Technician to join their team. This is a contract to hire position working 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities: Assemble and test small electronic and mechanical parts with precision and care. Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Report any product defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly challenges. Requirements: 2+ years electronic assembly and testing background. Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.) a plus Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools. Vision clarity for detailed assembly work. Excellent fine motor skills, a commitment to quality, and a keen eye for detail.
