Job Description
Role Title: Assembler (Production)

Primary Focus: Assists in the production of company goods
Reporting Relationships: Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Key Results Areas:
- Adherence to company policy and operational instructions.
- Adheres to best production practices and product quality standards.
- Adheres to all quality policies, procedures and objectives
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Duties/Responsibilities:
Hardware, HPU, UH, Classic
- Receive and review productions orders daily.
- Collect all the parts needed to produce the orders, by code, following the procedure described in the Production Order sheet.
- Make sure every item is complete with no missing parts.
- Prepare the Box for pick up, labeling the box for the Shipping team to identify the final product.
- Fill the daily completion sheet with the amount of item completed on that day.
- Scan Production orders into Finished Goods
- Help train others when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
The selected individual must possess a High School Diploma and reliable transportation. Previous experience in an assembly position is a plus. Reading, writing, and basic math skills are required. Candidate must speak, read, and write in English.
- Must be able to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers in the manipulation of parts.
- Must demonstrate good hand /eye coordination.
- Must be able to differentiate between many products and parts which may appear similar.
- Must be able to concentrate in a busy work environment and be detail oriented to maintain a high level of quality.
- Must keep accurate accounts of time and production.
- Must adhere to the production schedule and/or produce parts within the set deadline.
- Must maintain a safe working environment.
- Must perform all quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Physical Requirements:
-Environment is normal for a manufacturing facility.
-Must be able to walk and stand throughout an eight-hour day.
-Must be able to consistently lift 30 to 50 lbs.
