Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345 / Plymouth MN 55442 - Both locations available at this time

Pay: Paid weekly / Overtime available

• $18.75 hr 1st Shift
• $19.25 hr 2nd Shift

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift available

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM OR 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Assemblers for both first and second shifts. This role is responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques according to detailed specifications.
• Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Inspect assembled parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to resolve minor assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support team production goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
