Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Details:Third shift, Monday - Friday11:00 pm - 7:00 amWeekly competitive payQuick cash with direct depositUnlimited $400 referral bonusesEmployee incentives and benefitsEmployee of the Month programsWork with a great company!Responsibilities:Carefully and accurately use tools or machines to assemble partsRead and understand assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematicsConduct quality control checks and report discrepanciesHand bind and pack kits, goods, and other projects that cannot be assembled by machinesOperate conveyors, tape machines, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.Resolve production issues, troubleshoot basic malfunctions, or request repairsPack and finish skids for shipmentProperly complete load tags and other necessary paperworkMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gearPosition Requirements:Warehouse, assembly, and/or manufacturing experience is a plusRequired to stand for long periodsStrong communication and collaboration skillsMust be able to work in various weather and temperature conditionsHigh level of manual dexterityWill engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pullingStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with precisionWillingness to learnSafety-focusedReliable and punctualSurge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
