This is an excellent Temp to Hire opportunity to become a permanent member of our manufacturing operation.Schedule and CompensationSchedule: Monday through FridayHours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PMType: Temporary to HireResponsibilitiesAs an Assembly Associate, you will be primarily responsible for the assembly, quality control, and preparation of products for shipment. Your daily tasks will include:Assembly: Performing repetitive, precise assembly of products using small components and following standard operating procedures.Quality Control: Diligently inspecting assembled products to ensure they meet high quality standards before moving to the next stage.Inventory Verification: Paying close attention to verify the correct small parts are used for each assembly task.Packaging & Shipping: Assisting with the final packing and preparation of finished goods for shipping.Process Adherence: Consistently performing the same essential task throughout the workday, maintaining focus and efficiency. Required Qualifications and SkillsDetail Orientation: Must be highly focused on quality and meticulous in performing tasks, especially when working with small parts.Repetitive Task Management: Ability to stay focused and productive while performing the same task throughout the entire workday.Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling small components.Physical Demands: Must be able to sit and stand comfortably for extended periods throughout the shift. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $17.00
