NOW HIRING: 1st Shift Assembly (4-Day Workweek) - Brillion, WI

Looking for steady manufacturing work with a consistent schedule and a place you can grow? We're hiring dependable team members for 1st shift assembly in Brillion, WI.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $17.00/hour to start
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday (4 x 10s)
  • Plant 3: 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Plant 1: 4:45 AM - 2:45 PM
• Overtime: Potential mandatory overtime on Fridays

PAY PROGRESSION / GROWTH

• Guaranteed pay increases after hire-on: +$1.00/hour every 6 months until you reach $20.00/hour
• Long-term opportunity with cross-training and career paths

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble equipment using hand and power tools
• Follow standard work, safety, and quality procedures
• Rotate between workstations and support the team to hit daily production goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts and doing repetitive motions (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies
• Safety-minded and willing to learn
• Steel-toed boots required (other PPE required)
