This position is responsible for daily assembly and packaging operations, helping ensure high-quality products are shipped on time.Core Responsibilities:Assemble products according to drawings and specificationsFollow the daily production and packaging scheduleMaintain high standards of quality and accuracyEnter production data accurately into the ERP systemKey Job Functions:Use mechanical fasteners to assemble product componentsPackage and crate products using appropriate materials and methodsUtilize basic carpentry skills to prepare items for safe shipmentAssist with loading/unloading and general warehouse supportWork collaboratively to ensure efficient production processesPerform other related duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devicesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and work ordersBasic math, reading, and writing skillsPreferred Qualifications:Intermediate carpentry skills or mechanical backgroundExperience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with electric circuits or pneumatic systemsAbility to safely operate equipment such as forklifts, table saws, and miter saws#1437LIExpress Office: Grand Forks3325 South Washington StreetGrand Forks, ND 58201
