Assembly Lead at Flex-Staff

Assembly Lead - Temp to Hire - On-Site in Plover, WI - $18/hour

If so, Flex-Staff is seeking Assembly Line Leads for one of our clients located in Plover. APPLY NOW! Shift: 1st shift, 6am-2pm Monday-Friday. Overtime possible, working 6am-4pm during the week and/or 6am-2pm Saturdays. Pay: $18/hour (time and a half for overtime hours worked!) Job Duties:

• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
• Lead and train all employees on assembly tasks, and coach assemblers
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Responsible for maintaining department files. May assist with production planning and special projects
• Operate pallet jack to move pallets, shrink wrap machine, hole punch, etc.
• Assemble and label material & product
• Maintain certification on and operate mobile equipment as needed
• Ensure safety procedures are being followed

• Able to lift 40-50lbs regularly
• Proven leadership skill
• Able to stand for the duration of shift
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Basic math skill
• Basic computer skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Effectively work in a fast-paced environment
