Our client, a leader in electronic manufacturing, is seeking electromechanical assemblers to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Pay Range: $18-19 per hour

Shift: 1st and 3rd

What's the Job?

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Make setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Interact daily with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information.
• Work on routine assignments with limited judgment, following detailed instructions and under close supervision.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
