Join us and help build the American IDEAL.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform assembly, spot welding, machine operation, stacking, pole winding, and welding, in the manufacture of quality productsOperate cranes and powered industrial trucks (PIT) as directedOperate a variety of measurement tools and hand tool types, including manual, hydraulic, and pneumaticComplete tasks following work instructions/procedures and according to drawings and printsComplete and submit manufacturing, quality, and other company-required documents when necessaryCoordinate work efforts with the Engineering department as neededContribute to workplace safety by following safety policies and practicing good housekeeping protocolsSupport the company’s quality objectives by following quality policies and proceduresDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESHigh School Diploma or certified equivalentMinimum of two years working in a manufacturing environmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to read and understand prints, use logic, and troubleshoot problemsTeamwork approach with excellent communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and time-management skillsExperience operating various manufacturing equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes is helpfulWORKING CONDITIONS AND WORK HOURSDaily minimum of 8 hours. Weekly 40-hour minimum.
