You will read and interpret manufacturing drawings, SOPs, and OMS documents, maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S principles, and consistently demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement. Daily tasks include adhering to safety protocols, using microscopes for detailed work, and handling small hand tools effectively, while applying job skills in compliance with company policies and procedures. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing is required.
