As a Production Operator you will play a critical role in operating assembly and production machinery and managing the flow of products in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with attention to detail and a desire to work in a hands-on team-oriented setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet daily production targetsReplenishing stock on the production line to ensure a continuous workflowLoading and unloading materials often using equipment such as pallet jacks or forkliftsInspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsUsing a PC or production terminal to update inventory records and maintain detailed logs of production activityLabeling products correctly for storage or shipmentFollowing safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operational protocolsCollaborating with team members to achieve department and company goalsMaintaining a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S principlesIdentifying and reporting any defects malfunctions or potential hazards to supervisors Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications with an expected hourly wage of $17.00 - $18.50.
