Assembly Supervisor at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading equipment distributor in Wendell who is looking for an Assembly Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a 1st shift, direct-hire opportunity working 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities: Supervise and support assembly technicians; monitor performance and productivity. Oversee daily workflow to ensure builds are completed on schedule. Ensure all units meet quality standards and report any issues. Maintain safe work practices and enforce OSHA guidelines. Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment functioning and minimize downtime. Track and report production metrics as required. Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and consumables. Train and develop assembly staff. Perform additional duties as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). 5+ years of assembly or mechanical experience. Prior leadership or supervisory experience required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions. Willing to obtain forklift certification and complete hoist training. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
