Assembly Technician at Manpower
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assembly Technician
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Franklin, OH
Pay Range: $18.75
Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday
What's the Job?
- Assemble engines, transmissions, and vehicle components at designated workstations or on the assembly line, following specifications and using hand and power tools.
- Position and fasten engine and transmission subassemblies, including pistons, rods, crankshafts, bearings, and intake manifolds.
- Secure parts together with bolts, screws, clips, and other fasteners to form subassemblies such as fuel systems.
- Install mechanical and electrical components like wire harnesses, fuel pumps, injectors, and turbochargers.
- Verify the quality of your work and document any observed defects on attached documentation.

- Ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
