Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking an Assembly Worker II to join their dedicated team. As an Assembly Worker II, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Worker II

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $23.22 to $25.22 per hour

Shift: 1st and 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Perform wiring, assembly, finishing, welding, and testing operations on company products.
• Work from engineering specifications, sketches, schematic diagrams, and detailed assembly drawings.
• Set-up and arc weld parts, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Use electrical measuring and test equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and high-voltage testers.
• Inspect parts, maintain quality standards, and support inventory control and documentation tasks.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work from blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Flexibility to perform overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and tools.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly practices.
