Asset Manager Multifamily InvestmentsJoin a dynamic collaborative team managing a national portfolio of institutional-grade multifamily assets. As an Asset Manager youll lead property-level performance execute strategic business plans and contribute to investment decisions from acquisition through disposition. Youll also support underwriting and capital allocation across the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Investment & Operational StrategyMaximize the value of a multifamily real estate portfolio through the strategic execution of business operating plans and capital strategiesOptimize fund-level returns through proactive portfolio and asset managementOversee CapEx renovation and pricing strategiesPartner with property management to ensure operational alignmentMonitor market trends and competitive positioningConduct hold/sell and refinance analysesSupport asset marketing broker engagement and buyer diligenceCollaborate with acquisitions team on underwriting and due diligenceFinancial OversightMaintain operating models and long-term cash flow projectionsAnalyze monthly financials budgets and lender obligationsLead annual budgeting and variance analysis and provide feedback and insightsCapital & Risk ManagementManage capital planning and special projectsEnsure compliance with loan covenants and regulatory requirementsOversee lender inspections insurance claims and tax appealsTrack ESG performance and sustainability initiativesPerform sensitivity analyses for asset decisions and scenario planningReporting & CommunicationDeliver timely performance reporting to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare presentation-ready materials for leadership and capital partnersMaintain compliance documentation and operational recordsQualificationsBachelors degree in Real Estate Finance or related field47 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management ideally multifamilyStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsDeep understanding of property operations and valuationEffective communicator with ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyWhat we offerFull Insurance benefit suite including Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Short Term Disability Legal & Identity Theft Insurance and Pet Insurance.Company paid Life Insurance (option to buy additional available) and Long-Term Disability.Access to benefits concierge service.Access to Mental Health & Well-Being service.401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.11 Paid Holidays per year.Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation.
