We work with people of all ages at home at work and in the community through residential programs employment services crisis response day services and more.The Asset Operations Assistant will support the efficient management of the companys leased and owned vehicles as well as its owned properties. This role provides administrative support to ensure assets are properly maintained documented and utilized to meet operational needs.Benefits:Health vision and dental insuranceLife Insurance401k plan with company matchTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off and Sick Time PayFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Advancement OpportunitiesEmployee Discountsand more!Job Responsibilities:Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to monthly report reviews and entering team purchase ordersCoordinates the vehicle accident process to ensure all incidents are reported documented and resolved accurately and in a timely mannerEnters requests for new/replacement fuel cards and trouble shoots user issuesEnsures compliance with company policies and safety standards.Performs other duties as assigned.This is not an exhausted list of responsibilities. Duties will be added as the role develops.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills with personnel at all levels.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferably in operations asset management.Interested candidates can apply online at Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
