As a Wealth Management Professional, you will be a critical link, directly engaging with clients and Ayco Advisors. You'll move beyond traditional support, actively contributing to client success through strategic operational management, proactive risk mitigation, and the generation of insightful investment ideas. This role offers the opportunity to shape client outcomes and contribute to the strategic direction of our services.

This role is designed for professionals eager to make a tangible impact. You will:

  • Collaborate with Goldman Sachs Ayco Advisors, acting as a trusted partner to deliver unparalleled service and strategic insights to their clients.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively develop and recommend innovative solutions for complex investment-related transactions and service inquiries.
  • Oversee and optimize operational workflows, manage cash balances, facilitate private banking services, and ensure meticulous execution of transactions, adhering to the highest standards of compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, resolving time-sensitive issues and educating potential new clients on our comprehensive reporting and digital capabilities.
  • Potentially guide and mentor junior Analysts, providing workflow oversight and serving as a key resource for escalated issues, contributing to team development and operational efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to the evolving needs of the business, taking on additional duties as assigned by leadership to support strategic initiatives.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess:

  • A bachelor's degree is essential.
  • Current Series 7 & 63 licenses, or the commitment to obtain them within 4 months of hire.
  • A genuine and demonstrable interest in the financial services industry and capital markets.
  • Proven ability to thrive in both autonomous and highly collaborative team settings, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
  • An unwavering commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • A profound dedication to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and an aptitude for learning new technologies.

Salary Range: The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $50000-$72000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
