Sam Houston State offers CACREP accredited graduate programs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling and Ph.D in Counselor Education. Responsibilities would include teaching, advising, clinical supervision, scholarship and professional service to the department, participating in research and publications specific to counseling. Candidate will be expected to utilize technology and may periodically be assigned to teach an online course.Educational Requirements for the Position:Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Counselor Education from a CACREP institution is preferable.Experience Required for the Position:Preferred Qualifications:Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
