Job Description

Columbia University's Department of Medicine invites applications for a clinical faculty position based at the Milstein Campus. The candidate will serve as a member of the interventional endoscopy service and perform fundamental interventional procedures such as diagnostic and therapeutic EUS, ERCP, luminal endoscopy, and enterosocopy. They should also be experienced with more advanced procedures such as POEM and other third space approaches to endoscopy. Candidates should have strong clinical and teaching qualifications. Responsibilities will include direct patient care, the supervision and teaching of house staff (residents and fellows) and medical students, active participation in Departmental activities. Will actively identify and build referral relationships. The incumbent may also be asked to participate in endoscopy services at satellite locations of the NYP-Columbia system.QualificationsMinimum Degree: MD, MD/PhD degree or equivalent and eligible to practice in the State of New York.Minimum Qualifications: Board certified/board eligible Gastroenterologist and must begraduates of an advanced endoscopy fellowship.Salary Range: $450,000 - $500,000Compensation Information:$450000.00 / Annually - $500000.00 / Annually
