Assistant Branch Manager - Marble Falls Location: 2607 N. US Hwy 281, Marble Falls, TX 78757 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:45PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45am-12:15pm

Branch & Member Service Leadership
- Support daily branch operations and lead the teller team
- Deliver friendly, accurate service to members in person and by phone
- Open new accounts and assist with loans, IRAs, HSAs, CDs, and business accounts
- Serve as acting Branch Manager when needed
- Open and close the branch and oversee daily operations
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, vaults, ATMs, and branch cash controls
- Support fraud/dispute processes, stop-payments, and card services
- Assist with audits, cash ordering, and regulatory compliance
- Support mobile deposits and online account services
- Provide coverage and leadership support at nearby branch locations as needed to ensure consistent service and staffing across the region
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional member experiences
- Assign and direct daily work, monitor performance, and provide feedback
- Support conflict resolution and professional development
- Foster a positive, accountable, member-focused culture
- Build strong member relationships and promote financial literacy
- Participate in community outreach and represent Austin Telco with professionalism
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a credit union or bank
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage branch operations independently
- Familiarity with cash handling, security procedures, and fraud processes
- Reliable attendance and flexibility for occasional after-hours needs
- Willingness to travel to other branches to support staffing and service needs
