This includes overseeing field and subcontractor personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with top-tier quality and safety standards.Key responsibilities:Manage job site activities, personnel, and subcontractorsCoordinate trades and maintain safety complianceEnsure quality control throughout project phasesMaintain a well-organized job site office and successfully close out projectsWork Conditions:Must be willing to travel within Florida and work some nights as required.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years supervising and coordinating subcontractor tradesExperience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, safety, and construction productionProven expertise in ground-up Walmart projects (experience with other big-box stores is a plus)OSHA 30-hour Construction Training (preferred or must obtain upon hire)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel as neededAdditional certifications (SWPPP) and familiarity with Wrike or Fieldwire are preferredIf you’re a self-driven professional with a passion for quality construction and leadership, this is an opportunity to excel with a dynamic and growing company.Apply Today to start a rewarding career with one of the Southeast’s top General Contractors!
