Our educators benefit from the expertise of our seasoned childcare staff, and we are looking for compassionate and motivated educators to grow with us!Qualifications:Comply with all VT Public Health and Child Care Regulations. Pass the state-required background check. Successful completion of the Fundamentals for Early Childhood Professionals’ course or the Vermont Afterschool Essentials Certificate and at least twelve (12) months experience working with groups of children from grade three (3) or younger is preferred but not required. Serve as a mandated reporter, on and off campus. Ensure classroom environments meet NAEYC’s Anti-Bias Early Education standards. Ability to stand, move, run, and play throughout the day. Lift up to 30 pounds multiple times daily. Salary Range: $18 to $20+The compensation range represents Heartworks’ intention for this position.
