Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryCheyenne's Early Learning Center II is a center based licensed childcare facility looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills bilingual preferred but not required and an upbeat attitude. Which include supervising and managing staff, hiring and training staff, meeting with parents, enrollment, developing programs and curricula, establishing policies, budgeting programs and complying with OEC regulations.RequirementsAssociate's Degree or higher in related field or degree in ECEMUST have 1+ years working in management positionMUST have 3+ years working in a Early Childhood settingCPR/First Aid certifiedProvide 3 professional referencesKnowledge of NAEYC accreditation a plusKnowledge of CT ELDS/ DOTSPrior administrative experience.Excellent computer skills, especially typing.Attention to detailDesire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
