Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Assistant Commercial Property ManagerLocation: Onsite – Seattle, WACompensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annuallyEmployment Type: Full-Time, OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic commercial real estate portfolio in Seattle. This role provides critical administrative, operational, and tenant-relations support and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of communication and data.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations & Tenant SupportAssist in the daily management of commercial office and/or retail properties.Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors.Coordinate tenant service requests and ensure timely follow-up and completion.Support property manager with site inspections, vendor oversight, and maintenance scheduling.Help enforce building rules, policies, and lease compliance.Administrative & Office SupportHandle a high volume of phone and email correspondence, ensuring timely, professional responses.Prepare, organize, and maintain property files, contracts, certificates of insurance, and other documentation.Assist with preparing reports, meeting agendas, and presentations.Financial & Reporting TasksSupport budget preparation and expense tracking.Assist with invoice processing, coding, and vendor coordination.Generate and update spreadsheets, logs, and reports — strong Excel skills required.Help compile monthly and quarterly management reports.Vendor & Contract ManagementCoordinate vendor scheduling and access.Track service agreements and monitor contract compliance.Support bid requests and proposal comparisons.Qualifications1–3 years of property management, commercial real estate, or related administrative experience preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, tracking logs).Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable managing a high volume of calls.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative onsite team.Professional, service-oriented demeanor.PandoLogic.
