Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist Community Manager with daily operations
- Address and resolve resident inquires timely
- Plan and execute community events and promote for optimal resident engagement
- Manage leasing team, implement plans for resident retention and marketing to attract new residents
- Maintain property standards through inspections and service coordination
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Proven experience in customer service
