Were looking for individuals who share these values and are excited to contribute to our mission.What We OfferAnnual bonus potential of up to 10% of base salaryGenerous 401k matching contributionFlexible schedulesFully paid health insurance for the individualCareer progression grow at your own paceContinuing education creditsDental InsuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceVision InsuranceLocation/Flex optionsOpportunity to work from Colorado Springs or DenverSome travel may be required with occasional work from home optionsExpected 40 hours per week with flexible start timesTo be a successful candidate you will have:Bachelors degree in accounting or proven experience to match4 years accounting experience with increasing responsibilitiesTax Experience a plusExperience with QuickBooks Online and preferredExcellent Excel Word and Adobe PDF skillsAbility to multi-task switching between clients throughout any given dayComputer literacy with a strong ability to learn multiple software programs simultaneously and effectivelyVerbal and written ability to communicate professionally and effectivelyExperience working in a professional office environmentSelf-motivation with attention to deadlinesExcellent organization and time management skillsPrimary functions/responsibilities:Proactively maintain day-to-day accounting for multiple clients including accounts receivable accounts payable cost accounting and revenue recognition as necessaryPerform balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare month end schedules and reportsGenerate month end financial statements and provide feedback to department managers on financial performance for assigned clientsPrepare and process payroll as necessaryMonitor cash levels and update Cash flow reporting for assigned clientsCode and enter accounts payable as necessaryCommunicate with clients and team membersMonitor adherence to controls regulations and proceduresProvide proactive assistance to team members and department managers in execution of department initiativeOther duties as requiredThe annual base salary range for this role is $70000 - $90000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end the salary range for this position.
