Lead month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting
Oversee job costing and project financials, including WIP analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Manage core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and GL
Drive compliance, audits, and process improvements across finance operations
