The position requires the use of independent judgment in the facility's day-to-day operations in accordance with the goals and objectives of the LifeCare Division, regulatory and legal aspects in the Long term care industry, the Sisters of the Redeemer and Redeemer Health. CONNECTING TO MISSION: The Leadership Team develops Holy Redeemer's vision, objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve our mission in a way that engages both the imagination and the energies of our employees.
