This position is ideal for a collaborative and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about building meaningful donor engagement programs that deepen the connection between Georgia State University and its supporters.Job DutiesEvent ManagementPlan and execute high-impact donor events including those for the universitys premier donor group the Presidents Society.Serve as the lead coordinator for all Donor Relations events overseeing planning task delegation and execution.Collaborate with the Director to manage event budgets generate financial reports and share post-event metrics with Advancement leadership.Maintain a comprehensive annual events calendar detailed work plans and project timelines.Coordinate with designers printers and leadership to craft compelling event messaging and distribute invitations.Conduct thorough post-event follow-up including staff debriefs data entry attendee correspondence and vendor invoice finalization.Management & CollaborationHire train and supervise Donor Relations student assistants providing guidance and performance feedback.Partner with campus stakeholders to implement donor stewardship strategies and evaluate outcomes.Communicate regularly with internal teams to align donor engagement goals and ensure consistent execution.OtherServe as a thoughtful collaborative and accountable team member.
