About the Role
The Assistant Program Director supports oversight of an assigned program, ensuring that Clarvida's values of Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, People-Centered, and Fun are demonstrated in all client interactions. Reporting to the Behavioral Health Program Director, this role assists in supervising clinical services, including outpatient, CCFT, school-based, and contracted services. Responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload, providing supervision to therapists and coordinators, ensuring quality in documentation and service delivery, and collaborating with wellness partners including THP. The Assistant Program Director helps ensure operational and clinical excellence across the assigned program.

Responsibilities
Assist the Behavioral Health Program Director in oversight of assigned program operations
Supervise clinical services including outpatient, CCFT, school-based, and contracted services
Maintain a clinical caseload
Provide clinical supervision to therapists and coordinators
Ensure high-quality clinical documentation and service delivery
Collaborate with wellness partners to enhance client outcomes
Ensure compliance with state and contractual requirements
Promote organizational values and person-centered care practices
Support program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a Human Services discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
Minimum of three (3) years' experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
Experience supervising clinicians preferred
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients
Knowledge of state and/or contractual requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Relevant leadership experience in behavioral health
Strong organizational, communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills
Sensitivity to diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds
