🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff performance
- Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and federal/state regulations
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence and accountability across all shifts
- Support staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Maintain survey readiness and assist with audits
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics

- Active, unencumbered RN license in New York
- 2–3+ years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
- Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations
- EHR proficiency (PointClickCare or SigmaCare preferred)
