🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and federal/state regulations
  • Promote a culture of clinical excellence and accountability across all shifts
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain survey readiness and assist with audits
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in New York
  • 2–3+ years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
  • Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations
  • EHR proficiency (PointClickCare or SigmaCare preferred)
