We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join a high-performing Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility in Rochester, NY. This is your chance to lead a passionate nursing team, influence care quality, and position yourself for future Director-level growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure exceptional resident care
• Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs across all shifts
• Drive compliance with DOH, CMS, and federal/state regulations
• Support high-acuity residents (ventilator, dialysis, sub-acute rehab)
• Participate in QAPI initiatives to improve outcomes and star ratings

What You Bring:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in New York
• 3–5+ years in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
• Leadership experience (Unit Manager, ADON, or similar)
• Knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations and MDS processes
• Experience managing high-acuity resident populations
