ADON Assistant Director of Nursing at Asbury Communities

As the ADON you will be at the forefront of coordinating developing and leading the nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:Monitors the effectiveness of nursing practices with managing 24-hour nursing care in accordance with current policies regulations and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.Monitors and provides support and guidance to nursing management to ensure nursing staff are compliant with their respective job descriptions and working within policy guidelines and performance standards.Collaborates with HR Department in the recruiting interviewing and orientation process of new hires as well as seeking assistance with managing associate performance deficiencies.Assists the Director of Nursing and nursing management with the completion of associate mid-year goal check-ins and annual performance review process.
