  • On Call Rotating Schedule

  • Occasional Floor Shift as Needed

  • Certifications Preferred: Wound Care, Infection Preventionist

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the overall management of the nursing department

  • Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures

  • Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care

  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

  • Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff

What You Bring

  • Current RN license in the state of practice

  • Current CPR certification

  • Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience

  • Wound Care Certified (Preferred)

  • Infection Preventionist Certified with CDC (Preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance

  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents
