The Assistant Director will lead a capable team of five division managers who oversee engineers project managers technical staff and external consultants in delivering a capital program exceeding $400 million. They will foster strong cross-departmental collaboration; build effective partnerships with Caltrans utilities consultants and community stakeholders; and advance project delivery practices that enhance safety sustainability and long-term infrastructure resilience.
