This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best quality in early childhood education to the families we serve. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, organized, problem solvers, and possess great communication skills. We are looking for people who are caring, hard-working, and dedicated to share their love of children and learning with our community. (Please see end of listing for more information on our unique program!)In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met: Minimum education - Associates Degree or CDA with 3 years experience Ability to work as a team with other teachers and management Ability to remain cool under pressure Ability to remain positive in difficult or stressful situations BA or BS, with classes or experience in ECE Management ExperienceOPEN AVAILABILITYPreschool Director Additional qualities/skills:Responsible for the safety of all children in the groupMaintains a structured academic learning environmentActively engaged with the teachers, children, and familiesAbility to provide a loving and nurturing environment for staff, children, and familiesDevelop opportunities to positively impact staff and familiesEnsure that classroom is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsServe as a role model to the children in the group through appearance and actionsMaintain an environment (both indoors and outdoors) that is safe, clean, and invitingWilling and excited to go with the flow as unexpected changes occurThe Tot Spot Early Education Academy is a center-based early childhood program located on the corner of 116th St & Allisonville Road in Fishers, IN. The Tot Spot Too is located off of exit 210 in Fishers.
