Our organization made a major change in 2015 when we moved into the brand new Columbus Wellness Center. Less than ten years later the Columbus Community Hospital increased the activity space to more than 300000 sq. feet when they opened the Columbus Fieldhouse in 2024. There is no limit to the fun and adventure of our youth and family programming. The Assistant Youth Director will be essential in helping lead our community impact for years to come. This position is packed with responsibility and challenge. Responsibilities will include building new programs alongside our Youth Director finding new ways to increase awareness and youth participation at our YMCA creating experiences and memories for youth and their families and so much more. The Assistant Youth Director will go the extra mile to ensure that the all details big and small are well cared for and delivered with zest and precision.
