Description: Team Building Coordination: Lead hiring and retention strategies in collaboration with recruiting and sales teams to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Service Oversight: Monitor existing service delivery quality develop status reports and escalate issues to ensure optimal performance. Quality Improvement: Identify operational enhancement opportunities support implementation and develop strategies to improve service delivery. Service Development Support: Collaborate in the development of new cybersecurity services with the expectation to grow into a lead role for service launch and delivery. Documentation & Reporting: Apply cybersecurity knowledge analyze security operational processes and create relevant documentation. Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders. Customer Engagement: Support customer interactions acting as a liaison for technical and business queries to ensure satisfaction and effective communication. Project Assistance: Contribute to cybersecurity business planning and coordination ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions and enhance overall service delivery. In-depth Technical Knowledge: Stay up to date with new security technologies and emerging threats. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Basic understanding of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies. Proven track record in team management and strategic planning demonstrating leadership capabilities. Strong presentation negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. This role is expected to evolve into leading the launch and delivery of cybersecurity services. This person will play a key role in shaping its execution.
