How Youll Help Us Connect the WorldThe Assistant Facility Manager will support the Regional Senior Facility Manger in overseeing facility operations maintenance and repair ensuring efficient and safe functioning of the facility while managing vendors budgets and compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing facility operationsOversee housekeeping security and vendor managementBasic office administrative tasks ( Ordering / Managing café / Stationery / VC arrangements and other basic administrative tasks )Coordinate with internal teams and external vendorsManagement budgets inventory and suppliesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and policiesSupport facility upgrades and renovationsParticipate and implement facility infra support during any site relocations expansions or resizing of the sitesSite Facilities expense tracking and budget monitoringRequired Qualifications for Consideration:Five or more years of facility maintenance experience.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.You Will Excite Us If You Have:Bachelors degree in Facility Management or related fieldCertification in facility management ( IFMA BIFMA)Experience with CMMS softwareProject management skillsFamiliarity with local labor and other basic statutory lawsOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants skill sets years of experience training education geography and other business needs. Depending on experience the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $76000 - $97000.The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision plans life and accidental death insurance a 401(k) plan and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan.
