What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable. What will you do in this job?Act as kitchen manager when Chef is off dutyCreate daily specials highlighting local ingredients and Montana-inspired cuisineExpedite ordersTrain and invest in culinary team’s learning and growthAssist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, etcMaintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen stationsMaintain state and federal food safety standardsAssist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquetsOffers assistance to guests and teammates where neededBe a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties What skills and experience do you need for this job?1-3 years high-volume culinary management experience requiredCurrent Serv-Safe certification or food handler sanitation certificate requiredWork-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is keyBe willing and able to work solo or as part of a teamBe committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standardsBe organized with a great eye for detailBe kind to others and always bring your bestBe a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutionsThe starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour. About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
