Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCommon Man Roadside is HIRING Assistant Kitchen Managers for our Hooksett locations!The role of the Assistant Kitchen Manager is to assist the Kitchen Manager in executing the overall operations and performance of the kitchen to meet organizational objectives. The mission of the Assistant Kitchen Manager is to provide our guests with the finest dining and travel experience that exceeds expectations and delivers sound results for our organization.Duties include overseeing and planning of food prep and production, ordering and inventory management, scheduling, staff training and development, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Open availability and flexibility with scheduling is desired.
