This is a key leadership role supporting day-to-day maintenance execution, driving reliability initiatives, and helping lead a skilled trades team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. High-impact leadership role - You'll be directly influencing plant performance, reliability, and maintenance strategy, not just managing day-to-day tasks Stable, established operation - Well-capitalized metal manufacturing environment with consistent production demand and long-term outlook Strong collaboration with production - Tight alignment between Maintenance and Operations, giving you real visibility and influence across the plant Opportunity to drive improvements - Room to implement best practices in planning, scheduling, and reliability, not just maintain the status quo Hands-on leadership culture - Team values leaders who are engaged on the floor and involved in solving real problems Career growth potential - Clear path into higher-level maintenance or plant leadership roles Competitive compensation and benefits - Strong base salary with a full benefits package Job Details Key Responsibilities Support daily maintenance operations, planning, and execution across the facility Supervise maintenance supervisors and assist with off-shift leadership coverage Partner with Production to prioritize work, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime Drive adherence to work management processes including work identification, planning, execution, and closure Lead and support safety initiatives including LOTO, confined space, hot work, and contractor safety Participate in RCA efforts for major equipment failures and drive corrective actions Monitor KPIs related to maintenance execution, asset reliability, and work order completion Support training programs and help maintain a structured training matrix for the maintenance team Assist with outage planning, vendor coordination, and larger maintenance projects Act as a technical resource for maintenance supervisors and trades personnel Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution Experience working with CMMS systems Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Solid understanding of safety standards and compliance Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience with reliability, continuous improvement, or predictive maintenance programs Exposure to capital projects or larger maintenance initiatives Interested in hearing more?
