Job Summary

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the upkeep and functionality of our facility and equipment. This hands-on position requires a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction. You'll work closely with our maintenance team to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and facility infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Support installation and setup of new equipment

Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction

Familiarity with CNC machinery and industrial equipment preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
