Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Provide leadership and guidance to staff ensuring a high level of customer service. Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with the management team on marketing initiatives, and customer service strategies. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and budgeting. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant management role. Transportation: Must have reliable means of transportation. Availability: Open availability, including weekends and holidays. Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and excellent customer service skills. Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
