We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Operations Manager will assist with overall operations of the Aquatic Park focused on programming, staffing, scheduling and concessions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assist with scheduling, staff supervision and day-to-day operations of the entire facilityLead and Manage the Aquatic Park Hire and train staff under the direction of the General ManagerAssist with marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives to increase revenueRecord keeping of all logs, files, reports, communications and electronic dataScheduling of parties and rental of facilityAid in Concessions operationsMaintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility and surrounding areasProvides effective leadership and direction to the team Accurately assist members and guests in registering for programsUse POS software efficiently & effectively and maintain strict cash handling proceduresMaintain a safe work environment and oversee the use of safety equipmentProvides supervision on evenings, weekends, and during special events as needed Completes other duties as assigned by leadership and/or General ManagerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:2 years experience of management is preferred Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust have strong leadership skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environmentMust be at least 18 years of ageProficient in the use of computers and Microsoft OfficeBe well organized and able to multi-taskWilling to take safety and lifeguard training course Recreation experience is helpfulWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in direct sunlight and be exposed to outside weather conditionsThe Team Member could be exposed to cleaning chemicals and must be handled with extreme cautionJob Posted by ApplicantPro
